Senior Pastors
Brad & Jennifer Neuschwander
Brad and Jennifer have been involved in full-time ministry since 1993. They continually offer their lives through anointed preaching and prophetic worship. They submit themselves to the leading of the Holy Spirit in leadership, worship and teaching ministries; seeking for all to experience the manifest presence of God. Pastor Brad has been called on to speak nationally and internationally. He and Jennifer have both served as guest speakers as well as being asked to serve on the prophetic level at national conferences. They love God and people with their whole lives. We are honored to have them as Senior Pastors in this house. They have been married since 1993 and have two daughters, Jacquelyn and Jessikah.

Administrative Pastors & Elders
Ron & Rhonda Ritchie
Ron and Rhonda are the Administrative Pastors of Life Bible Church. As part of the original planting team of the church, they became our first staff pastors in 2002. They oversee the church’s finances and administrative issues. In 2006, Pastors Ron & Rhonda joined our Eldership team. They have continually been a reflection of His faithfulness in this house; serving with structure and compassion. One of their treasured abilities is to move and operate in the gift of the prophetic. They will meet you in a trying circumstance, encourage you through a struggle with grace and guide you with love and insight. They have been married since 1981 and have three adult children and two grandchildren.

Family Pastors & Elders
Elton & Heather McMillan
Elton and Heather have a rich ministry history; full of stirring stories telling of God’s continued grace and faithfulness. Currently, they oversee all of our Children’s and Generation Church ministries, as well as our church conferences. In addition, they run Harris Private School, which teaches pre-school through high school students, Christ’s excellence in education and life skills. Together, with their gifts of teaching, training and equipping, they are used by the Lord to touch all age groups. They have a vibrant passion for local church leaders internationally and on the mission field. They have been married since 1990 and have four children.

Prayer Pastors & Elders
Bob & Sharon Calhoun
Bob and Sharon oversee all aspects of prayer, intercession and prayer covering for our church and the leadership team. They live with a burning desire to hear the voice of God on behalf of our church. Their passion, to constantly be in His presence, is key in keeping our prayer services alive. With us from the earliest days of Life Bible, Bob and Sharon are amazing in their roles of oversight and support for the leadership of this house; continually sowing their lives into the lives of others. Bob and Sharon are beloved “house parents.” Bob and Sharon have been married since 1967 and have two adult married children and five grandchildren.

Bob & Jane Isabell
Bob and Jane Isabell have been in the ministry for over 42 yrs. They have served as associate and senior Pastors in five churches over the course of their ministry. During the last several years they have transitioned out of senior pastoring to a mobile ministry, traveling to churches around the world. Pastor Bob has an awesome anointing in the prophetic, specializing in presbyteries, prophetic preaching and teaching. They currently reside in Vancouver, WA and are based out of Life Change Christian Center in Portland, OR with Dr. Mark Strong. They have been married 43yrs and have two children and five grandchildren. |

Anthony & Tina Bucher
Anthony and Tina Bucher were added to the Eldership team in 2009. They have made Life Bible Church their home since the beginning of 2001. Both Anthony and Tina carry great leadership ability in the way that they joyfully serve anywhere and everywhere they are asked! They currently oversee all of our Life Groups and thier leaders. They are gracious with their home, hearts and lives; serving the Life Bible family and His Kingdom with excellence and grace. Their Godly wisdom, counsel and love are a true asset to the leadership of Life Bible. They have been married since 1994 and have three young children.

Anthony & Lydia Thomas
Anthony & Lydia serve Life Bible Church, loving the lost through counsel, deliverance, teaching and prayer. They desire to see freedom and growth come to the new believer; seeking to establish them in Gods truth. The Thomas\'s have a strong backround of evangelism and personal ministry experience and have been anointed to deliver Christs message of freedom to the lost and broken. Together they walk in great authority in Christ that breaks bondages in the lives of Gods people. They are a key component of our staff and church. They have been married since 2001 and have four young children. |

Generation Church Pastors/Life One-O-One Directors
David & Leida Solar
David & Leida have the unique opportunity to serve the Generation Church of LBC. They consider it an honor to be able to instill Jesus’ truth & love during this foundational season in the lives of students; understanding that this generation has specific, real and difficult challenges. They lead with authentic love, believing that this generation will experience God’s perfect will for their lives and walk in the gifts and power that God has designed for them. God has displayed His steady hand, loving nature and constant grace in their lives. They extend this testimony of His true love as they minister to others. David & Leida have been married since 2003 and have three children.

Junior High Pastors
Kyle & Leslie May
Kyle & Leslie believe in growing life-long relationships with Junior High Students, promoting them in their relationships with Jesus Christ and partnering with them as they discover the perfect will of the Lord for their lives; realizing that God has big plans for them and for their generation. Kyle & Leslie were married in 2009.
