Life Groups Ministry

Life groups are the absolute best way to build relationships at Life Bible Church! We believe that life groups are just as vital as attending regular services here at LBC. They meet every first and third Sundays at various times and at different locations. Men's Ministry

We believe at Life Bible Church that strong families should be led by strong men, strong in the Bible, strong in servanthood, strong in integrity. We meet regularly for prayer, bible studies, and events that you can find listed below. We’ll see you soon! MEN'S BREAKFAST - Every Tuesday morning at 7:00am at Jake's Diner in Harrisburg, Pastor Brad feeds us with great insight from the Word of God as we feed our stomachs with eggs and bacon!. Be sure to bring your Bibles! VARIOUS MEN'S RETREATS, OUTINGS AND EVENTS - Check your bulletin and this website for the next great program!

Men on Fire

Men On Fire is a men's ministry that specializes in helping men mature in their walk with the Lord Jesus Christ. This ministry provides a place where men can find fellowship and discipleship in small groups with other men.

Women's Ministry

You know how at some places it’s really hard to find great programs just for women? Well it’s not true here! We have activities and gatherings for all types of women: young and old, with kids and empty nesters, single and married. You will find some information below on all the great things we are doing! DAUGHTERS OF PROMISE – A powerful women’s ministry complete with bible study, fellowship, and fun practical activities ! 1st Tuesday night of every month at Pastor Jen's House. LADIES' BIBLE STUDY – 2nd & 4th Friday Mornings at Sherry Andrew's home. DOVES (Daughters of Virtue, Excellence & Strength) Ruth 2:11 – A single ladies ministry of Life Bible Church meets throughout the year for fellowship. Please contact AnnMarie Pentacost at 541-520-3085 for more info. G.E.M.S. A wonderful meeting for moms with children of all ages, where you can get a break from the little ones (childcare is provided through age 11) and meet with other women who are going through exactly what you are! 2nd Tue of the month at 6:30pm at LBC.

Youth Ministry

Lifegenchurch is the name of our youth ministries of Life Bible Church. It is open to all ages between 12-26 (but folks even older than that come too) It is a powerful and dynamic ministry that is not your typical “youth group” and is filled with some radical young people who really believe that God is real and active today.

Children's Ministry

Pastors Elton and Heather McMillan are the Children's pastors at Life Bible Church and have created an incredible children's program. "His Kids" is for children between the ages of 2-5 and meets in different classrooms during regular services at Life Bible. When you come to visit, look for the signs to point you in the right direction, and once you're in the room, our wonderful teachers will take it from there! "Kids Life" is for children in grades 1-5 and meets in the famous Kids Life Room (Room 7000!) during regular services at Life Bible. Come on in to see Pastor Elton and Heather, the leadership team, Professor Bloat, Explorer Bud, Sheriff Doodle, and even Max and the rest of the puppet gang!

Evangelism

We are committed to touching communities, lives and hearts with His message of repentance, redemption, re-dedication and love. Believing that reaching our community, this region and the continents is part of His call on our lives. Life Bible Church partners with our local community throughout the year. Each season gives many occasions to serve our community through events and celebrations. From parades and food baskets to car cruises we are reaching others where they are at, just as Jesus did. We believe that being a light in the community is part of an active involvement and we enjoy looking for new and interactive ways to become involved. We are involved in our community, this region and the nations. We invite you to get to know us and to “branch out” with us.

Life One-O-One

Life One-O-One offers a Sunday evening church service to College age on the University of Oregon campus and the surrounding community. They focus on reaching the up and coming generation of young adults; providing an opportunity for worship and fellowship. Life One-O-One meets every Sunday evening at 6:00pm at Agate Hall across from Hayward Field on the University of Oregon Campus.

Harris Private School

Established in the year 2000 with six students, Harris has grown annually to our current enrollment of 80 students in 2009. We have continued to expand the grades we offer grades kindergarten through 12th grade to serve the needs of our students and their families. Our students are motivated learners and we offer them an uninterrupted education through graduation. New students will flourish in the environment that has been established at Harris Private School.

Life Institute of Training

L.I.T. is Life Bibles very own internship program. This is a great opportunity for any student. L.I.T. is currently holding two courses: Old Testament Survey and Life of Christ
