About Us

We are a non-denominational, multi-generational church located in Harrisburg, Oregon. We are about family and seek to create a place that hosts the presence of God tangibly so that we can release freedom to those that are broken. You will see that a big part of our calling at LBC is to serve our community and we seek to reach the world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Our aim is to bring Jesus into our every day and equip people to step into their God-given destiny.

Our History

The Beginning, 2001

Life Bible Church was pioneered in 2001 by Pastors Brad and Jennifer Neuschwander, along with a group of families from the Eugene-Springfield area. The church was sent out by Eugene Christian Fellowship, pastored by Gary Clark. Pastors Brad and Jenni attended ECF for fifteen years and served on staff for almost eight years as middle school and associate pastors.

July 15, 2001 - Eugene Christian Fellowship held a sending service for the team that would locate to Harrisburg, Oregon. With just 30 people, Life Bible Church held its first services in a little country school. On September 1, 2001, the Lord opened the door to lease the facilities of the Church of God Seventh Day for use on Sunday mornings.

Moving Forward

On March 24, 2002, LBC moved to two Sunday morning services then in September 2003, LBC leased the Wyatt School in Harrisburg to accommodate the growth of the church. We now were praying for the building of a new facility.

That special day came in June 2015, when we moved to our new building, built from the ground up on the former site of Riverbend Resort in Harrisburg. This facility was the answer to years of prayer, and allowed LBC to more effectively reach our community, region, and the world.

The Present

Today, Life Bible Church is still focused on our mission: to transform lives through the power of Jesus Christ. We continue pursuing His presence in our services. Worship is spirit-led and prophetic, as we focus on hearing and being led by God's voice. The word that is preached is ever relevant. If you decide to visit our church, whether it be for Sunday service, a Wednesday night class, or one of our conferences, we hope you will experience our hospitality towards people and our passion for Jesus.
